Johnny Garret, A Innocent 13 5’0 was shot outside of a gas station in East Indianapolis on 10th Street. Police Were Reported To 3 Shots Fired Outside Out Of This Local Gas Station. The Killer Was Caught Fleeing The Scene In A Black Balaclava Ski Mask, And All Black Clothes!! We have no current information. Rest In Peace To Johnny Garret.
