Due to lack of leadership in the dressing room and also in the pitch, Arteta dan the board of Arsenal have agreed to make Arteta as the captain and also the coach. This action is similar with what Chelsea did with Vialli. Arteta’s carrer in Arsenal was not too bad, he had 110 apps with 14 goals.
