Deer Lake native, Anthony Zeplin, has been charged with sexual assault after reportedly trying to force a stripper to “give him head” at a local strip club called the “Pleasure Dome”. Zeplin, 18, is no stranger to sexually deviant acts as he is quote, “a masturbation addict and obsessed with pierced nipples” says one of Zeplin’s friends. Zeplin also reportedly is obsessed and stalk a Tamaqua woman named Rachel Hinkle. He is quoted as saying “Rachel Hinkle has pierced tits… I would drive all the way to State College to see her… What I would do to her”. Zeplin has been banned from the local strip club and is in custody and faces 2 years in jail and a $5000 fine.
