Another male juvenile was found at the scene with a gunshot wound. He was taken to an area hospital, where he later died from his injuries.Upon further investigation, officers were able to talk to several witnesses that were at the scene, and found that several people officers talked to had reported that there was not only 1 shooter but 3. Multiple witnesses said that a 14 year old male had pointed a gun towards David, and had proceeded to threaten him several times. Witnesses had also said that the 14 year old male had shot at David 3 times, and that was the reason David had pulled his gun and proceed to shoot. The other shooter has not yet been identified at this time. David was taken into custody by members of the Criminal Investigations Unit. Officers were also able to find out from witnesses that David had not been the one that instigated or started the argument that led to the deadly shooting and that it was more self defense than anything. David had court 2 days prior to being sentenced and charged with the 2 counts of murder.
