The Bombay High Court will hear businessman Raj Kundra’s plea challenging police custody and seeking bail, today in an obscenity case being investigated by the cybercrime police.
The businessman was arrested by the Property Cell of the Mumbai Crime Branch on July 19, in connection with the creation and distribution of pornographic content. His extended police custody in connection with the case also ends today.
