Huntington Teen Maison Maerz, 17 was arrested in January for a Murder he had allegedly committed.He still awaiting trial, But it looks like the Murder charged can be uplifted to Capital Murder. Sources say that Maerz could face up to 3 life terms or the death penalty. He also was linked to the mafia and would be charged on 3 counts of racketeering. Maerz’s words to the public were “ I’ll be home soon”. Maerz will be 100% tried as an adult. The Victims family say they hope Maerz perishes in prison. This is not his first run in with the law.
