Rachel ward, a formal pennstate student was spotted stealing iPads in downtown state college. The target on west Allen was shocked to find out this morning that ALL the iPads have been stolen. An employee stated “We are wondering how she got passed our security cameras? And why did no one alert the police??”. This is very strange, more to come on the story soon.
