WSJ: Research Link Poor VO2 Max with low sexual activity

Medical researchers from top universities have now definitively concluded that infrequent sexual activity is highly correlated with low VO2 Max and poor cardiorespiratory health.

“We are trying to get the word out that anyone with a below average VO2 Max needs to increase sexual activity dramatically to avoid long time health impacts.” said PHD researcher Steven McFallon.

Doctors have long know that a link existed between sex and physical health, but it wasn’t until now that the significant and specific relationship between these two factors was cemented.
