Earthquake Pitts strikes Springdale and some of Fayetteville on November 4,2021 around 12:35pm leaving 100 students dead and 200 injured. Also leaving 300 families without a home. This is the most destructive earthquake we have ever experienced and we have some injured witnesses that we interviewed. YENICE: “I was sitting in class when I heard a loud thud and everything starts shaking, my teacher was outside the whole time and we didn’t know what to do because we were scared.” JONATHON: “I was sitting in my chair in class when I heard a loud noise and look outside of the class and earthquake Pitts had broken a rocking chair already.” AMALIA & DAMARIS: “we heard nothing”
Springdale fire department says that it will take about 2 years to get Springdale back to how it was before Earthquake Pitts.
