Browns QB Baker Mayfield’s season is officially over. The 26 year old star quarterback for Cleveland, and former first overall draft pick in 2018 tore his ACL during Saturday’s Browns practice as they prepare for their game Sunday against the Bengals. Backup QB Case Keenum will takeover for the remainder of the 2021 regular season. Browns HC Kevin Stefanski said, “This is a huge loss for our football family. Baker is an exceptional football player with excellent football IQ and we hope for the best in his recovery as he has a long road ahead before he can come back and win us some more games.”
