A traffic stop Monday night leads officers to finding 75 pounds inside the vehicle driven by Vicente Lopez 28, of Santa Rosa. Officers observed Lopez drive threw a red light and pulled him over immediately. Officers smelled a strong order of Marijuana coming from the vehicle and noticed marijuana pounds on the floor of the car.
