In local news yesterday, Hampton police caught Yaseen Salem 10 years of age running naked through Northpark wiping shaving cream all over his butt!!
It was a horrible sight, when police arrested him they said “it was the craziest thing they ever saw”, his parents were unable to reached for comment.
He was bonded out early Saturday morning. More news to come.
