A 17-year-old girl was wounded in a shooting approximately around 12:30a.m., in Albany Park on North Side. The teen was near an alley in the 5000 block of North Lawndale Avenue when someone approached and opened fire about 12:25a.m., Chicago police said. She was struck in the stomach and transported to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in good condition, police said. There’s no one in custody. Case is still in investigation. Teen was known as Dbany Suarez.
