2021 World Champion Freddie Freeman signs $417M deal with Dodgers, per sources.

Per Multiple sources, star first baseman Freddie Freeman is headed to the Los Angeles Dodgers on a six year $417 million contract that will extend him into the 2027 season. In 2024 he will have an opt out, but it is unlikely that the first baseman Will extend to the opt out as he is a California born native. Freddie Freeman won the World Series in 2021 with the Atlanta Braves after spending more than 10 years with a franchise. Atlanta Braves fans are already expressing their outrage on many social media platforms. Freddie Freeman will make it his first public parents talking about the signing on December 9th.
