California prospect and one of the Top American soccer players in the nation, Oscar Cortes Jr has decided to sign for Paris Saint Germain. He was on the verge of signing with Manchester United but Neymar reached out and told him the future of PSG is with Mbappe and himself so that won him the contract. He averaged 59 goals and 25 assists on his UPSL season and will be flying to France early spring to pass his medical and make it official.
