Georgia deer season suspended!

Governor Brian Kemp has been facing huge opposition from PETA for the last several years. Late Friday evening Kemp met with Sr. Corp. James Harris with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and put executive order 431.012.3732 in effect to suspend the remainder of the 2021 deer season. Both parties say they will continue to meet to come to an agreement.

Stephanie Bittaker with PETA says killing deer is inhumanity and says will continue to file law suits against the state until it is stopped.
