joel hickman 24 of Guisborough (formally of booooooossseeeeebeck) was attacked with a golf club outside a saltburn eaterie.
His assailant was apprehended at the scene by local police, on being arrested his attacker told police ” it’s a simple case of mistaken identity. I thought his head was my golf ball.” Hickman is in a stable condition in hospital this evening at saltburn Royal infirmary.
