Earlier this evening a young senior of the North Tonawanda High School was walking home when a car spun out of control hitting him. Reports say the car ran over a tree branch causing it to turn and spin. This tragedy effected many lives as we heard he’s well known around the area. 17 year old Vitaliy Gargun will be remembered
