Dec 30th 2021 Richmond City Police was called to a shots fired in St. Luke apartments around 6:30. Several statements were give but the most shocking one was from Zye Williams. Williams stated that he saw Adrian Richardson run out of the hallway with a fully loaded rifle then sooner than later he heard shots. We will be sure to keep the community updated- Keandre
