WESTOVER SUN : River Park Police had arrest members of an Org. seized few guns

River Park City,Westover . The Club Iris on 24 Blvd in River Park City,Westover where a criminal organization had been arrested and found with 5 illegal hand guns , River Park City Police had Gotten a 911 call about few men who were intimdating other patrons of the night club,The promoter of the club said on friday night few local rappers came out to show case there talent to the city patrons.. where few rappers from different bouroghs of the city and rival members come to perform and have a great night , the promoter also added that his security team did their ultimost best to stop patrons from entering the night club with illegal materials ,Promoter made it clear hes not apart of the seize and holds no liabity to the city trial. River Park City Police had charged 6 Men of the organization
1.Possesion of illegal firearm
2. Obtaining a illegal weapon for criminal activity
3. weapon was stored carelessly
4.weapon in a public place liable of public danger
5. Possesion of weapon to commit harm
Westover City ACE Justice System had scheduled the apperance this tuesday , all members are still remained in temp.holding custody in the city east end , All 5 men are being represented by their lawyer , Lawyer of one of the men says his client is simply trying to defend him self incase of an attack and the police targeted his client , he believe under Rights and Dignity of the People section 34(a18) quoted ” All UDU Westover Islands Citizen has the right to protects ones self ,property(ie home, business,car) with reasonable for as an act of self defence (ie. if one has to use a firearm to protect his/her life deemed to safety/life threatening issues) the person to us the firearm will be held to give an accountable reason on suitable grounds of using such weapon and the degree of how their life was in immediate threat. Lawyer also added that Rights and Diginity of the People stated in section 12 c(0) that “UDU Westover Islands Citizen has the right of freeing movement over the islands and islands terriotries , without being racially profile,judge based on gender,etc,. section 12 (10) stated that enforcer of the law has to respect a citizen space as he/she request and has the right to cease unreasonable search or detainment, section3(3) also stated that a citizen has the right to request a major rank witness search , and should not be obligated to speak un a matter they wish to cease. The lawyer is Confident that his Client will walk free from this case and that he insist his client only carries a gun for safety reason and not as mention in his previous charges. Lawyer is Confident the Justice System will delay his charges and release his client under supervison house and give him a light plea deal . as his client has a clean record with the river park city police.
