Eduardo Herrera Ríos was found dead hanging under the Grossmont Blvd bridge at Saturday 10:03 PM.
Authorities say that he was involved with the deadly group called CJNG (new generation cartel of jalisco) and because of his involvement with the group he was killed
Authorities have also said that he was killed by the CDS (the Sinaloan cartel). Families of Eduardo are asking for the capture of his killers.
