several unit owners filed a complaint with Florida state dept..
against its 3 board members who are part of the same family
and have conflict of interest in the complex,
few claims has been file such as failed to hold yearly Elections twice this year!!
this is a violations against shareholders right to vote! the freedom to vote has been rigged and stolen from its shareholders, our voices has been shut down!! few unit owners are voicing there concerns and has been threaten by the board of directors!!
