Law & Order: Hate Crimes was first confirmed in 2018. However, the show has been on hold for many years until 2022. After SVU released Season 23 Episode 10: “Silent Night, Hateful Night”, fans have been encouraging Wolf to create a series revolving around the Hate Crimes Task Force featured in that episode with Donal Logue as the lead, Ar’iel Stachel as the squad supervisor and Jason Biggs and Cyndee Rivera as detectives. Wolf has announced that the Hate Crimes series will air it’s first episode on June 2, 2022.
