It wasn’t until around 1:30 am on the Early Saturday morning of February 6th when there was a 911 dispatch call of Gunshots Reportedly being fired on Frederick Avenue in the Catonsville Area. Police arrive at the scene of a 7/11 on Frederick Avenue to find a Male that has been identified as (19) year old Romello James unresponsive with (4) Gunshot wounds. 2 Of the Gunshot wounds to the chest, (1) in the lower hand, and (1) Gunshot wound to the neck believed to be the fatal blow taking the young male’s life.
