A resident of an apartment building in downtown Los Santos reported a call about shot’s fired in an alleyway next to the Flecca Banking Office. Police found 2 young men gasping for air after they were found with multiple gunshot wounds to the back and neck. One of the teens sadly passed away and the other teen seems to make a recovery from the Los Santos Medical Office.
