According to RGVConstructions, the RGV will place a brand new outlets in San Juan, Texas. Residents from San Juan to Rio Grande City will be able to take advantage of this new attraction. Construction will begin late 2023 and will be expected to be completed late 2024-early 2025. This has sparked controversy between many residents of San Juan since people will be left without a home as a result of this attraction. Residents of this area next to Eldora Road in San Juan, Texas will be the ones affected. Voting will take place to decide the future of this possible future build. More updates soon.
