On September 14th, 2021, a Rock Hill, SA, resident accrued his thirty-seventh charge of public urination.
Philip Fender, the man who allegedly had began his criminal activity six months ago, was spotted urinating behind a nursing home early on the 14th. The police reports say there was no trace of alcoholic influence, but a psychosis examination would be necessary due to the sheer frequency of Fender’s inappropriate antics.
Rock Hill Police Chief Chris Watt was not open to comment, but vowed that “This type of disgusting behavior will not be tolerated by the Rock Hill Police Department.”
Fender is being held in Rock Hill County Jail as he awaits a court date, further updates will follow.
