Two episodes that occurred shortly after each other triggered panic among the New York population. Two women in a white van attempted to kidnap first a 56-year-old and then a 42-year-old.
The fact is that both episodes are followed by the police, above all because fear has spread throughout the city of the United States and in Europe.
It is known, however, that in schools children are never left alone, the teachers at the exit deliver the children only to their parents, or to those in possession of a proxy previously presented to the secretariat.
In the same way, children are accompanied by someone at the entrance, and in almost all schools there is the figure of the vigilant grandfather, and traffic police, who take care of the safety of the children. So it is very difficult for a child to be kidnapped without anyone noticing.
