VIRGINIA BEACH, Va — Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Police Department found 16-year-old Cecilia Mayen dead on seashore. Witness claim they saw the victim dancing around at “Vennecas Clubhouse” with 35 year old Miguel Blickmen. “She looked drunk and see seem to be out of it so she went out of control with the guy she was with” says 22 year old Jaydon Caynord. Family and Friends are devastated with tonight’s discovery making it the most cruel and chilling death yet to be uncovered.
