Teen shot and killed during a drive by while walking out of a barbershop . The suspect was know as Omar Mercado who was only 17 years a old . Footage shoes 3 black males and 1 Hispanic hoop out of an all black Honda approaching the teen aggressive . Gun shots are fired and the four flee the scene
