Mitch Canham, head baseball coach at Oregon State University, was fired yesterday March 31st following video footage of the coach stealing money and supplies from the University.
Canham has been the head coach of the Beaver baseball team since 2020 after resigning as the manager of the Arkansas Travelers in 2019.
The investigation into Canham is ongoing and as a result, all baseball games this weekend have been postponed. The team was set to play Stanford today, April 1st, at 6 P.M., Saturday April 2nd at 3:30 P.M., and Sunday April 3rd at noon.
We have tried to reach Pat Casey, former head coach, but have received no response.
