This morning multiple residents in the east valley had reported seeing snakes in there residential areas; houses, parks, and backyards. Animal care and welfare services are investigating to discover the cause. They have suspicion that the reason for this incident is due to a local reptile breeder in Queen Creek, by the name of Cathy Bigalow. Cathy’s house recently went under foreclosure, while witnesses say that she released her animals “out of spite”. She is currently pending 15 charges, including a class 5 felony.
