A 30 year old Brisbane man and his fiancee Monique Quirk (29) of the Gold Coast have decided enough’s enough, sick and tired of the overpriced and unnderwhelming South East Queensland wedding scene. The couple plan to get married in the rolling hills of the Tuscany wine country next June, peak holiday season in Italy.
When questioned about the decision, the couple quoted “the pressures and expense of finding the right venue, date and not the mention the guest list, all for a huge price at substandard quality – whats the point”. Monique and Ben are working through the process of informing their closest family and friends about their plans and eagerly looking forward to planning the adventure!
