Caroline Vanasselberg has gotten into a car accident in Tremont MS, she left a note in the car saying her boyfriend (Riley Owens) hasn’t answered her or talked to her and she felt he was losing feelings. And she also felt her best friend (Kamryn Ruple) was replacing her. And the note says that she felt that no one cares about her. And no one tried to help her after she had told many of people about her mental health.
