The Comelec fears that the VCM’s of Smartmatic might be rigged or hacked in which the result will automatically be LENI ROBREDO even if he voted for BONG BONG MARCOS. Comelec also says that they are already considering that the votes on that precint and some other more will be Nulled as the Comelec waits for the approval of President Rodrigo Duterte
