17 year old Mexican boy, Tyler Cascio, hops the Mexican border into Ohio. He ran through the police as dogs chase him through the Ohio Desert. He then ran to Elyria as he was arrested for 10 DUI’s, illegal possession of black tar heroin, and opening a taco business with out a permit. He was detained but then escaped the Elyria jail using a hot sauce bottle. He is currently wanted and on the run. If you have any information on his whereabouts call ICE at 440-654-7161
