An American tourist who was kidnapped alongside her driver at Folly beach has yet to be found, the Folly Beach Police Department told Reuters on Sunday.

Endecott and Paul were leaving folly on Tuesday evening when four gunmen ambushed the teen in the parking lot, a police statement said.
Various illegal groups are in question, but the kidnappers’ identity was not known.
An elderly couple also at the scene were not taken and raised the alarm.
“I suspect the kidnappers left them because they were elderly. They took all their possessions,” Charleston police department said this morning.
Pedestrians recall her alone on the beach and walking to the parking lot when one witness states he saw the white ford transit van pull up fast and drove away within a minute, which her now being out of sight.
