Reports say when the parents of who we now know as “David Ishimwe” arrrived at home coming from work the noticed that the house was quiet then usual so they called for David and there was no answer which they then expected him to be outside. When the brother of this young innocent soul opened the garage door he was met with the sight of he’s younger brother hanging from the garage opener. Very very tragic news and we all send our condolences to friends and family of this child taken too soon..
