Perry high school, a member of the chandler school district has made history by becoming the first high school in Arizona to have an openly gay football coach. Michael Yarbrough, or Yarbs as he is often called, announced Monday that he is ready to be open about his sexual preference. “I got into this profession so I could try to touch these kids, and weirdly enough I think I was the one who got touched more than them”. Yarbrough said about what got him started in coaching football. He told reporter Janie Herring that he drew inspiration from some of his favorite athletes and politicians. “Michael Sam is obviously the easy comparison, but I always was drawn to Harvey Milk among others.” Yarbrough was hired at Perry high school along side other known fag, Justin Clare.
