At 10:36 p.m. on June 29th three teens were involved in a shooting in Okeechobee Florida outside of Walmart parking lot. One shooter has been apprehended by the name of Jesse Humphrey and the second shooter has not yet been identified. Earlier tonight Jesse Humphrey and another unknown shooter opened fire on a 17-year-old boy named Marcus Brown leaving him in critical condition.
