Tragic crash caused by heavy rain on Naval College road just west of Vincentia, torrential rain caused dangerous hazards to driving at the time. The vehicle began to loose traction and it slide down the road uncontrolled, A white Kia Sportage was travelling down the road at 65km/h, the rain caused bad vision for the driver, the red Toyota prado was flipped on its side covering both sides of the road, the Kia was not able to slow down in-time and it uncontrollably crashed causing the Toyota to roll off the road into the trees, all 3 people evolved were rushed to hospital, the 12 year old child Lucas Baker sadly did not last long in hospital as him passing away 40 minutes later, his mother and the other driver survived with major injury’s.
