Tragic crash caused by heavy rain on Naval College road just west of Vincentia, torrential rain caused dangerous hazards to driving at the time. The vehicle began to loose traction and it slide down the road uncontrolled, A white Kia Sportage was travelling down the road at 65km/h, the rain caused ban vision for the driver, the red Toyota prado was flipped on its side covering both sides of the road, the Kia was not able to slow down in-time and it uncontrollably crashed causing the death of Lucas Baker and the major injury to his mother.
