At 8:00am Kenosha Police arrived to a call of a shooting on the 1600 block. When police arrived they found 16 year old Shanen M Kolbo Jr (also known as OTW Sage) laying in the grass of a front yard with a gunshot wound to the heart. Shanen was transported to a Milwaukee Hospital. As of right now there are no other updates as Shanen is in Critical Condition. Prayers to his family and friends.
