4 year old Timmy Jacobs has been arrested and escorted out of his school in handcuffs. The principal rushed into the classroom after hearing a loud ear piercing scream. As he rushed in, he saw Ms Applegate on the ground who passed out mere seconds after the principal walked in. To find Timmy laughing and pointing while the other classmates stood in horror watching.
