Officials say that upon filming a video two men came up to him trying to steal his camera and Luisito was resisting that’s when one of the men pulled out a firearm and shot him seven times in the chest they soon fled the seen because of all the witnesses that were around at the time. Unfortunately before paramedics could arrive on seen luisito was already gone.
