Early this year a desperated man got caught close to shore near Bayahibe Dominican Republic installing a big bulk of waterproof lighting without the local authorities environmental approval. He refuse to provide details to the press, but during the short interview he said that he was doing everything that was possible to avoid problems once he arrived to his house after a massive beach party.
