Actual “werewolf” attack in Jones County Last Night

Late last night, Beth Smith, was walking her dog on West Creek Road in West Jones County when she was attacked by what she described as a “werewolf”. According to Smith, the creature stood on two legs at about eight feet tall and was covered with long brown fur like a wolf. The animal had red eyes and what appeared to be arms and hands with long sharp claws. When asked if she thought this could be a joke, she replied that the four .45 caliber shot that my husband put into its chest at a range of two feet that did not even slow it down was no joke and there was no blood just some fur. The Jones County Sheriff’s Office did recover the fur and confirmed that it was from a wolf but refused to speculate any further. Residents in that area are warned to stay inside and lock their doors unless absolutely necessary. We will have more on this story as it develops.
