Orlando, FL — ABC News 9 reports that all central Florida theme parks owned and operated by Walt Disney World Enterprises, including Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, and on-property Disney hotels, have been closed until further notice. Disney officials have not disclosed the reason for the closure. However, representatives from the FBI have confirmed they are investigating a “credible terrorist threat.” Disney-owned hotels not located directly on theme-park properties will remain open.
