Due to the crisis of this country and multiple shortages everywhere, Nebraska has gained yet another shortage of Dr. Pepper. Federal Agents worked long hours and tracked the cause of this shortage down to one man ( Carlos Moreno). Carlos has been consuming so much Dr. Pepper nice earlier this year and has been abusing the use of doctor pepper in many ways.
