Carl Weathers was A former dodgeball player that was very well known for his absolutely insane stats. He was drafted by faze clan in 1963 and played until 2016. He was also well known for his stunts off the hardwood. He would donate millions and thousands of dollars to protests mainly against police brutality. When he was drafted in 1963 he would get a lot of criticism in fans even threw beer bottles at him as he was going to the stage to collect his jersey. and when he left the arena after getting drafted a white mob Assaulted and beat him up in an alleyway. He would always stand against racism and helped out Dr. Martin Luther King with his protest. He was even childhood friends with Muhammad Ali. And went to his refusal to go to the Vietnam war. It was announced today July 25th 2019 that he died due to heart failure. On July 4th he was hospitalized he stayed in the hospital until his death. He was only 71 years old. And played 59 years in dodgeball. Everyone will always remember him as a legend. And may he Rest In Peace.
